ONE ON ONE HELP FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS OWNER

If you are a small business owner who is looking for periodic help in a particular area of your business or your business in general and could benefit from one on one small business coaching, then we are here to help you.

For many small business owners and entrepreneurs, there are times when they would rather have one on one time when they need it to get help with their business versus have a focused consulting engagement.   This is when business coaching can prove more advantageous than a set consulting engagement, especially when there is staff that can perform the work needed once there is an understanding of where to start.

Business coaching allows you to buy hours as needed to provide you with help  in whatever area of your business you need guidance.  Business coaching hours can be purchased in blocks of  6 hours.  Business coaching can be done in person within our local service area.  The minimum time to schedule for in person business coaching is 2 hours.  Business coaching can also be performed over the phone at  pre-scheduled times with the minimum time booked being 1 hour increments.  All business coaching hours must be used within 1 year of  the initial purchase of that particular block of hours.  

The beginning of each business coaching session will include a review since the last session.  The end of the session will include setting objectives for the next meeting and a next meeting time.  The session itself will be focused on the objectives set by the business owner from the previous meeting.   This method will allow us to document the progress made from the business coaching sessions along with addressing areas of concern and how each concern should be dealt with for your particular business.
