  • Define detailed layout of website along with required functionality.
  • Written web plan


Website Plan, Writing, and Basic SEO Definition

Work with business owner and key stakeholders to determine requirements for the development of their website. Write the text for the pages defined including defining the Search Engine Optimization functions such as keywords, page names, and descriptions.


Includes:

  • Website plan 
  • Up to 6 web pages of written text excluding Contact Us page
  • Written privacy statement 
  • Basic SEO, including keywords, page names, descriptions
  • Does not include domain, hosting, or customized graphic design or actual website.  
  • Additional written pages and SEO for each page at a fixed price 

Website Assessment

Meet with business owner or stakeholder to determine website goals.  Assess the current website and provide recommendations for changes or additions.


Includes

  • Meeting with business owner / stakeholder to determine website goals.
  • Written online presence assessment  and presentation to owner


Actual Website 

Choice of an HTML or site developed in Content Management System where client can manage new content themselves.  This will be done in conjunction with graphic design and web developer partners and will be priced once functionality is determined by meeting with business owner and stakeholders.

  • Includes choice of 2 graphic designs/layouts
  • Web plan
  • Development of website
  • Writing of defined pages and SEO for site and pages
  • Submission to Google, Bing, and Yahoo
  • Set-up Google Analytics
  • Hosting and Domain if required

Outside our local area, most consulting can be done remotely, but when it cannot , travel and living expenses will be applied as required.
