A marketing assessment will provide a review of the current and prior marketing initiatives of a small business to understand what has worked and should continue along with understanding why other initiatives have not worked for your specific business.  Though marketing mediums are the same across businesses, it is important to understand which ones will work and provide the highest return for a particular business.  This can differ greatly by industry and sector. 

Though a business may have a website,  it may not be provide  any value to their business as well as the corporate brochure that they had printed. It is important to understand why and not decide that a website or a brochure is not important or does not work.  This could have more to do with an understanding of the reader of the actual positioning and value of the company and products which is positioning and branding.  The content for the website and brochure is key and if it does not project your company messaging - you will not get the value you expected.

It is important to understand what works for your industry and sector and in particular your business.  With a marketing assessment comes the understanding of what will work within your business, so you do not waste value time and money on areas that will not help you obtain the growth in your business that you need.

Work with stakeholders of the marketing function to assess the current and past marketing initiatives along with the past return .  Understand the current business objectives for growth required and work with the stakeholders to build the necessary go forward marketing plan  that will help them obtain the business goals and the return  required with the right marketing initiatives.


Includes:

  • Meeting with stakeholder marketing and business owner to review current marketing and past marketing initiatives and understand how they did or did not meet expectations.  
  • Develop a written assessment that will be presented to stakeholders of business and discuss areas of improvement and understand the go forward budget for marketing.
  • Provide a go forward marketing plan for business working with key stakeholders and develop implementation plan based on budget.
  • Three hours of consulting to follow-up and aid with ongoing progress

Marketing Assessment Only

Work with the stakeholders to assess the current marketing function and provide recommendations of where changes for improvement can occur.


Includes:

  • Develop a written assessment that will be presented to stakeholders of business and discuss areas of improvement and understand the go forward budget for marketing.




 We are located in Durham Region, but can service clients across Canada.  Our local service area includes Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Markham, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Vaughn, Aurora, Mississauga, Peterborough, Lindsay, Clarington, Port Perry, Uxbridge, Bowmanville, Brampton, Oakville, Guelph, Barrie, Waterloo, Kitchener and all surrounding areas. Outside our local area, most consulting can be done remotely, but when it cannot , travel and living expenses will be applied as required.
