RK Fischer & Associate's mission is to provide small business consulting, coaching and advisory services to small Canadian businesses which help them achieve their business goals and maximum profitability by overcoming the current hurdles that are standing in their way.

We will accomplish this by helping them to build the foundations necessary, their go forward business direction, and by identifying and helping them acquire the skills and people necessary to meet their business goals.

Value Proposition

Develop fixed priced small business consulting engagements that are affordable and easy to implement for small businesses in each practice area.
Continuous development of tools, guides, and training which will be available online or will supplement an engagement.
Understanding of the small business market with the technical competence and relevant experience in a wide variety of industries
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) as a business advisor as well as the Principal having General Management Experience in running a small business of $8M in revenues
Partnerships with vendors to provide complimentary solutions to give small businesses one-stop-shopping for their small business requirements.

We are located in Durham Region, but can service clients across Canada. Our local service area includes Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Markham, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Vaughn, Aurora, Mississauga, Peterborough, Lindsay, Clarington, Port Perry, Uxbridge, Bowmanville, Brampton, Oakville, Guelph, Barrie, Waterloo, Kitchener, Waterloo and all surrounding areas. Outside our local area, most consulting can be done remotely, but when it cannot , travel and living expenses will be applied as required.
