BUSINESS ASSESSMENT ENGAGEMENTS

UNDERSTANDING AREAS FOR GROWTH IN YOUR BUSINESS

A business assessment is an investigation tool to help you determine areas in your business that need improvement in order to help further growth.  A business assessment provides an inside view of your entire business in each of your company business areas:  Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources.   There can be one or several reasons that growth is being hindered in your business.  A business assessment will help pinpoint and determine the root causes that could exist in each area which is affecting the overall growth of your business.

What RK Fischer Can Do For You?

The key to a business assessment is working with the business owner and key stakeholders in the company to uncover the areas of improvement, determine the root cause or causes and put an action plan in place  to work on improvement in the particular areas.   Though an assessment may uncover several areas  that need to be addressed, it is important to focus on no more than 3 at a time for a small business, otherwise it is difficult to have the time to work on the action plan along with the day to day running of the business.

What is fundamental to  the success for growth improvement is developing an action plan that is achievable and that is able to be implemented by the business and is measurable.  Once the plan is in place we will work with you and your staff over the next 3-6 months to ensure that you are getting the improvement that you are looking for in your business.
